Neck Healed?

The doctors tell me my neck is completely healed, but I'm not convinced. It broke a few months back, and was healed in the proper way, but when I fell down the stairs I think I may have damaged something there, but I failed to notice it at first, being preoccupied with my bruises and broken ribs. Something doesn't feel quite right. It doesn't hurt so much as it feels uncomfortable at all times. I shall book another appointment soon if it doesn't get back to normal.
